They want a beautiful wedding, but they don't have evenings and weekends to spend touring venues, comparing vendor quotes and building timelines. That's exactly what full-service wedding planning is for.

Budget development and management
Venue scouting: we recommend and check dates for up to three venues that fit your style and guest count
Vendor recommendations, proposal review and contract negotiation help
Help with catering tastings, cake design, attire, rentals and invitations
A detailed wedding day timeline, shared with every vendor
What you still decide
You stay in charge of the decisions that matter to you. We bring you a short list of options instead of a long one, so your time goes into choosing, not searching. Your design comes together over a handful of meetings with your lead planner, and everything in between happens by phone and email, with unlimited communication included.
What the wedding day looks like
On the day itself, you get 10 hours of service with a personal lead planner and two assistant coordinators. We run the ceremony and reception timeline, work with every vendor, handle setup and breakdown, and look after your personal items and gifts, so you can be present instead of managing.

When to start
We recommend booking your planner at least 15 months before your wedding date. That gives you the best chance at your preferred venue and the best vendors. Your first step is a free 30-minute consultation, which you can do by video call.
