Planning an Orlando Wedding From Out of Town

Central Florida is a popular place to get married, and many of our couples don't live here. Planning a wedding from another city or state adds a layer of difficulty: you can't easily tour venues, meet vendors or check on details in person. A local planner becomes your eyes and ears.

Venues without the travel

Our full planning includes venue scouting. We recommend and check dates for up to three venues that match your style, vision and guest count, so you can focus any trips on the ones worth seeing. See some of the Central Florida venues where we've planned real weddings.

Vendors you can trust

Over the years we've built relationships with top vendors across Central Florida. We recommend vendors, review proposals and contracts, and help with negotiation, so you're not hiring people you've never met based on a website alone.

Staying in touch while you're away

Unlimited phone and email communication is part of our full-service plan, so questions get answered without waiting for your next trip. Your design comes together over a handful of meetings with your lead planner.

You can start from wherever you are: your free consultation and design meetings can happen by video call. We recommend booking at least 15 months ahead to secure your preferred Central Florida venue.

Arriving for the wedding

We coordinate your rehearsal, collect your personal wedding items for setup, and on the wedding day your lead planner and two assistant coordinators manage the ceremony, reception and every vendor, for 10 hours.
