PRE-WEDDING

• An initial comprehensive consultation

• Design board – discuss your ideas, size of the event, floral and décor, colors, themes, and must haves

• Create event project list and timeline

• Budget construction and management

• Unlimited email and phone communication

• 5 one on one meetings with your Planning Director

• Vendor recommendations - We work on your behalf to get the best services, quality, and prices by assisting you with contract negotiation, and evaluating all vendor proposals and contracts

• Venues - let us do the searching...  we will contact venues for date availability that fit your wedding style desires

• Photographer & Videographer - recommend , attend and assist with the portrait session if needed

• Caterer - recommend, assist with menu selection and attend tastings

• Bridal showrooms  - we'll share our design expertise, attend and assist with entire bridal design including bridesmaids and tuxedo design

• Wedding Cake Confectionery -  Recommend, attend and assist with the cake design and tasting

• Event Rental - Assist with design and selection

• Invitations design assistance

• Create a detailed day of timeline

• Confirmation of all vendors

 

WEDDING REHERSAL

• 1 hour of coordination

• Collect all personal weddings items to be displayed

 

WEDDING DAY

• 10 hours of service

• 1 Planning Director and 2 Assistant Coordinator

• Manage flow and timeline for ceremony and reception

• Work side by side with the vendors to ensure your day flows smoothly

• Attend to the needs of bride, groom, and bridal party

• Direct your ceremony flow

• Greet your guests and direct them

• Direct the reception flow

• Deliver your personal items and gifts to you

• Oversee all vendor setup and breakdown
