Mini Day Of Plan

The Mini "Day Of" Plan is the perfect plan for those that need a little assistance on the day of the wedding.  This plan consist of a 1 hour consultation to get antiquated with your wedding plans thus far and vendors you have acquired.  A wedding coordinator on your wedding day (5 hour service) and wedding day timeline.  

 

  • 1 hour consultation with our event designer and planner

  • 5 hours of service with a personal Wedding Day coordinator on Day Of

  • We will confirm details with each wedding vendor the week prior and day before the wedding

  • We will oversee the details for your wedding  (assist with the ceremony, ensure vendors set up for reception)

  • Create and coordinate timeline for your ceremony and reception

  • Work side by side with the vendors to ensure your day flows smoothly
